Channel Partner Terms

Welcome to the Easy Loans Apply Channel Partner Program. By registering as a Channel Partner (Direct Selling Agent) with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in the Channel Partner Program.

The Channel Partner Program is open to both individuals and businesses. By registering, you confirm that:

• For Individuals: You are at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and possess valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar).
• For Businesses: You are a legally registered entity (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, or Pvt Ltd) authorized to conduct business in India.
• All details provided during registration are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

As an authorized Channel Partner, you are responsible for sourcing and assisting potential loan applicants:

• You must accurately explain the loan products, interest rates, and processes to potential applicants without misrepresentation.
• You must ensure that all documents collected and uploaded on behalf of the applicant are genuine and strictly verified by you.
• You act as an independent contractor and not as an employee, legal representative, or agent of Easy Loans Apply.

Commissions are the core benefit of the Channel Partner Program and are subject to strict conditions:

• Commissions are paid out only upon the successful approval and actual disbursal of a loan to the client you referred.
• The payout percentage varies based on the loan type (e.g., Personal, Home, Business) and the specific lending partner's policies.
• Applicable taxes, including TDS, will be deducted at the source from your commission payouts as per Indian government regulations.

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for fraud. Submitting forged financial documents, fake identity proofs, or engaging in deceptive marketing practices will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your partner account.

In the event of termination due to misconduct, Easy Loans Apply reserves the right to withhold any pending commissions and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
